Q: Are the letters weatherproof?

A: Yes, many customers have ordered items for the sole purpose of displaying the monogram on their front door. To protect the letters, I use a protective spray on the monograms which is also fade resistant.

Q: I want to buy a set as a gift, can you gift wrap?

A: Each item is individually packaged by hand. You will receive your set(s) wrapped in decorative tissue paper with a personalized message from yours truly. All orders are shipped in a sturdy USPS Priority Mailing box. If you would like to send a set as a gift, please include the recipient's address, personalized gift message (if you would like) and I will ship it directly to the individual.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?

A: Yes, a large number of the orders I receive are custom orders. For example, a customer may want to modify the colors on an original set to match little one's nursery. I will gladly work closely with you to make your vision a reality.
